This is an invite-only course for anyone who participates in the Speak_ Tech Interview Prep course and is selected by Socotra to interview.

Here are the different stages of the engineering interview process at Socotra. You will need to pass each stage to continue to the next one to receive an offer.
After you apply, we will see if there’s a match and reach out to you to book a call with one of the recruiters on our team. We want to get to know you better so that we can prepare our team for the next interview stages.
You will have a 60-minute call with somone on the team you will potentially be working with if you are hired. You’ll be given a role-specific assessment to work on. For example, engineers will be given an algorithm-based coding challenge.
You will participate in a 3-hour, 3-part series of virtual video calls.
1. Part One of the onsite is focused on role-specific tasks. You will be asked questions and talk through your thinking. You’ll be doing a project around this exact topic, so you’ll be well prepared.
2. Part Two is a lightweight role-specific technical test.
3. Part Three is a 30-minute call with a Socotra executive to assess your fit with our company culture and values.
