What we’ve learned at Speak_ is that having the opportunity to practice coding in real-time with peers significantly boosts confidence, allowing candidates to perform their best when the real interview rolls around.
We're testing a new product that matches you up with another engineer who also wants to practice pairing, and we want you to try it out.
All pair sessions will be online/remote. We'll consider your time zone, availability, and experience level when assigning pair partners.
We'll give you session prompts to choose from and guidelines so you know what to do. And we'll follow up with everyone to see how the session went.
